Chad Rollins is a husband, a father to 7 children, a pharmacist, and a health and fitness advocate. He attended Missouri State where he received a BS in Chemistry and UMKC-Pharmacy School where he received his Pharm D. He has experience as an educator having served as a preceptor for UMKC pharmacy students. He has board meeting leadership skills having served as the chapter director for Sigma Pi at Missouri State. He currently works as the pharmacist in charge and facility director for Healthdirect in Ozark. He also competed on American Ninja Warrior in 2022. He has lived in Springfield for over 40 years. He graduated from Glendale High School in 1994. Having kids in the district for 15 years he is fully invested in the community.

Hire a school resource officer for every school who would provide daily support with school discipline

Strict enforcement of discipline plan
SUPPORT
Ensure small class sizes

Provide adequate support staff

Seek creative solutions to provide more teacher contract hours for professional learning and planning (increase contract days, increase pay, late start/early release)
SOLUTIONS
Focus on academics by frequent review of data, seek feedback from all staff about curriculum and academics

Evaluate distractions such as cell phones and technology in the classroom

Promote parent participation through teacher conferences and community events

Facility improvements
Increase teacher salaries (Missouri currently ranks 47* in the nation in average teacher salaries)
No spending cuts to staff at the building level
